Curried Chicken with Potatoes
SERVES 4.
Ingredients
- Chicken 600gm
- Onion 60gm
- Ginger 1tspn
- Garlic 1tspn
- Salt To taste
- Tomatoes 120gm
- Coriander powder A pinch
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Chilli powder A pinch
- Garam masala A pinch
- Potatoes 120gm
Method
1.Chop Onions, Saute in oil. 2.Add chopped garlic, ginger. 3.Saute till golden brown. 4.Add diced chicken. 5.Brown the chicken,add spices. 6.Cook little longer. 7.Add water and let it cook. 8.Once cooked 3/4. 9.Add chopped tomatoes. 10.Then add diced potatoe. 11.Cook. Serve with salad.

Marinated Coriander & Mint Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 600gm
- Mint leaves 4 stalks
- Green Chilly 4 no
- Yoghurt 2 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves 4 stalks
- Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt To taste
- Coriander powder 3/4 teaspoon
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender except for chicken. 2. Make a fine paste. 3. Baste the chicken with the marinate and leave for an hour in the fridge. 4. Heat the barbeque ,put some vegetable oil and put the marinated chicken. 5. Cook each side. 6. Have with lettuce and mango salad.
